Leddy Lake Interpretive Trail
We partnered with Mercer Peace River to design an interpretive experience that celebrates the boreal forest at Leddy Lake. The interpretive signage highlights topics including tree identification, forest health, forestry careers, and the importance of biodiversity.
Our team developed a signage plan, a trailhead sign, and 18 interpretive signs placed throughout the trail that Mercer maintains. As the trail is popular with nearby schools and community groups, the signage was developed with students in mind. We ensured content was accessible, engaging, and easy to connect to learning. The result is a trail that invites both students and community members to explore, discover, and build a deeper appreciation for their local forest.
